Hey Loser! Pay your rent and there will be no issues. I lost my job and had to move. I went to the office and asked to set up a payment plan. NO PROBLEM. They accepted my terms, I paid it...problem solved. Get a job, Moron!!!!!!!!! It's not their fault that you are a deadbeat!

I have always paid rent on time and have been polite, and have never had any problems here, and the management is still rude and bitchy! It's like they have permanent PMS!!!

Not only is it the worst - they must be stupid too. When I left over a year ago I owed them money. Since then I have tried to pay them and they have sent back checks, refused payment unless it goes through a collection agency and now that I have have had to enter a debt consolidation program, they have (or perhaps it is their collection agency) refused the terms of a government recognized credit counseling company because the payments are not big enough each month. Mind you I want to pay them but they won't accept the money. I have never heard of anyone sending back money they were owed because it was not enough. I guess they think they are better off writing off the debt if they can force me into bankruptcy and they get nothing.

that sounds like something they would do. They don't want to work with anyone..well at least that is the vibe they give off. The snotty b word in the office treats you like a red headed step child! She could be nice..would it kill her? In this economy you would think that a landlord would make you feel your getting what you are paying for and that includes customer service!!!

I never had a problem with the people in their office. The only person my husband and I did not like was already gone...which is good bec she is a stuck up b. Been here for 6 months, everytime we have a maintenance problem they reply quickly. The manager is very friendly. Parking problem is normal when you live in an apartment complex. If you can't deal with it maybe you should rent a house with a garage. We never had a problem with noise outside or yelling and fighting neighbors. It's very quiet in our area.

Hmmm... Check out the office again. The major "B" is still there! I think she calls herself the manager!
