My family and I have lived here for over a year and recently happily renewed our lease. The new management team that took over a couple years ago is not only helpful but extremely welcoming and attentive to all of our needs as valued residents. I recommended any and all of our friends and family to move in to Bellemeade Farms. The amenities are awesome and readily available to all that live here. We have read the previous negative responses to our home and its management team and just have to say that they all seem to have one thing in common - the residents writing those reviews did not seem like very responsible tenants and did not take advantage of the courtesies that the Bellemeade representatives were already providing them with i.e. leeway on rent due the 1st but taken through to the 5th, 24 hour maintenance (they don t know if something is broken unless you tell them!!!) etc...
In conclusion, if you are a responsible adult and treat your home with respect then the management team will hence fourth treat you with respect and courtesy.
We love our home and the sweet town of Leesburg and will continue to recommend others to join our community here at Bellemeade Farms!

You are totally right! The management writes it to seem like they are a renter, but we all know people don't write specific nice things like that on here. People go to this website to write a review because they have something negative to say and they want everyone else to know, (like me) otherwise, you have way too much time on your hands and need to get a life. I mean seriously, is your apartment that great that you have to come on here and let everyone know because you have nothing better to do? I want everyone to know that this place sucks, so of course I'll come one here and take a little extra time to write this....lol

Responsible people who do pay their rent on time and do notify managment of their issues do get "better" attention than those who don't, but it still does not change the fact that the rents are raised ridiculous amounts every year, you still have a TV connection issue, and no amount of cosmetic changes changes the construction of the buildings themselves. A responsible landlord would have the chimneys and the dryer vents cleaned every year. It's not so bad that they don't change furnace filters every month (as manufacurers recommend) but it would be nice if they did it every quarter. They would manage the grounds so that fruit bearing trees did not track into your apartments and the bushes would not cover the windows. The management is very inconsiderate when they have needs to be met and clearly do not have the safety of the tenants or their property at heart. The author obviously was not around when the chimney fell off the roof and was left on the ground in winter for nearly a month. Responsible people do pay on time and do communicate with management, it's a shame management doesn't do the same.

And, let's just TALK about how they let the bushes grow up to towering heights!! There have been times when I literally couldn't see out of my window!! They make sure the grounds, in front of the office, are trimmed regularly though!
