My washer was not spinning right so I called maintenance for service. They came out within a few hours an thought they fixed it. A few days later, it wasn't working again. Again, they came right over with a new washer. Then the office calls to make sure I was happy. I am glad to say that yes, I am very happy. No crap...just a new washer and happy renter. I pay good money to live here and I like how fast they respond. And they just installed FiOS which is so much better than the old service they had.
