This place is going to downhill fast. If you like rude neighbors and an unresponsive management staff then go for it.

Make sure you have a good pair of shoes and a hard hat you'll need them to protect your feet and head from flying lit cigarrettes being thrown from the balconies and nails falling from the new construction sites.

Ask management about these issues they have records on file with no response to the "good" tenants.
