Granted things wern't great under Fairfield, but lets not blame Summit for their problems. I have noticed a huge increase in service since the take over. The girls in the office are all up-beat and ready to help me with anything I bring to them. The new maintenance and grounds staff work very hard to keep the property in good condition and looking good. I may hear my neighbors kids every now and then but it is not really that loud. I am excited about the new company and what they are planning for MY community over the next year and have every intention of signing a new lease when our current lease is up.. Welcome SUMMIT.
