just an echo of everyone's bad experiences. even though i lived there only the first year that the legends was opened, the problems were all the same. one thing that may be helpful though, i never paid the deposit for the satellite dish. i just put it up myself and left it at that. the inept staff doesn't have a clue out there. the company is out to get all the money they can. if you have a chance to stick it to them, go for it....but only if you already live there. if you're still looking, keep looking.
