Stay away...far away. But if you must come be sure to have an lawyer ready when you leave.
We have things in WRITING and the new management is telling us they are not required to honor promises made by the previous management.
Yet, when we gave notice to vacate, we were told they had to 'stick' to what was in our original lease. This regarding fees and such.
So, if it means more money for them, they follow it to a "T". If it means paying out or getting less money, they don't have to 'honor' what was written.
Yes, we do have a lawyer and he has told us that we will win 100%, but that the cost to fight this could be more than the amount we are fighting for. He believes they are hoping we will just drop it.
By the way, we are not his first client regarding the apt complex.
