Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I have lived here from when it was owned by Fairways. And all the problems in the other posts were casued by them not by SUMMIT. The gates were more of a problem then anything. Noise well last time i checked all apartments have noise that due to muti families living there. Summit has had to deal with alot of the CHEAP Crap that the FAIRWAYs left them with. And fixing FAIRWAYS screw ups makes people think it is SUmmits fault. Since ive been here i have had the person above my apartment hot-water heater coil burst and flood my apartment but mangement did there best to fix it ASAP and offered me another apartment if i wanted it. The gyms and business center has great stuff when the disrespectful people here arent beaking it. TRUST ME THIS PLACE HAS 500 more Pro's then Con's. Give them a chance.
