I have read all the comments on Summit Lansdowne and would like to offer mine.
Try to find a bigger apartment with a direct access garage for the same money in this area. The pools, clubhouses, weight rooms and business centers are spotlessly clean (thanks Victor and Javier).
The staff is allways willing and able to help you out. I moved in under the old management and had nothing but problems from the start and here comes Summit. I made them aware of my problems and Gina was able to correct them within hours. My air conditioning never worked longer than a week without going on the fritz Brian and Velimir worked on it one time and it has ran great ever since. With people like this on staff here now why would any one want to leave.
It seems to me that most of the negative comments are comming from people who came here before Summit, had a bad experience and cant get over the fact that the former management screwed us all and are unwilling to see Summit for who they are, teh saving force behind Summit Lanadowne.
