I have lived in many apartment communities in the NOVA area and this one is by far the best. My rent didn't go up very much when I renewed my lease. The Clubhouse/Fitness Center is always spotless, I have never had any issues with the equipment being broken. All apartments have issues with the walls being thin, that is just apartment/condo living in general. I have had a couple of issues..one was with my assigned parking space. I have had the same carport since I moved in about two years ago, and they sent me a letter saying I was parking in the wrong one even though I had the notice from Fairfield Management(who used to run the property) of my carport number...but it really isn't a big deal. Another is that I never receive my bill for water/trash/sewer and always have to call for the amount each month. Overall it is a decent place to live if you have to rent.
