Im not going to go into what the issues are. They are aware of the issues. I will say this. I will never recommend anyone to live here. So, what I have done is put together a pop add for the apt guide to showing pictures of the damage and time it has taken to respond to handling the situation.

From water damage to toilet problems, fireplace issues. Dates I spoke to the uncaring staff. Each of them have less brains than a planters peanut.

As a person in management, this place could not manage a car wash. Let alone an apartment complex. Upper Management could careless. Thier only concern is the numbers and the bottom line. And I can only thank God for bringing me here, so that I will not allow any of my friends or co-workers moving into this area to look here. I have been here for less than a year an I would say all of the countries and states I have lived. This has got to be the worst living conditions I have ever lived under. After this this company will never have to worry about my business ever again or any other business my company sends this way.

OHHHHHHHH I forgot im the person who makes plans for corporate business and long and short term stay for the company I work for. And by the way I have been here since 2004 this is 2005.

Every apartment has issues, this staff is the best I have ever seen. It is so easy to bash a company and not leave your name. God help those corporate companies you help since you do not know a great thing when it hits you in the face. Jo

Why should he or she leave his or her name? You must be management! If you suck admit it and move on.
