I have lived here since August, and overall would say its a nice place to live. It seems to be very well kept, and there are a lot of cops that live here, and because of the area (expensive) you don't have to deal with 'rif-raf' The maintenance staff is very polite and responsive, and I've never seen a quieter complex. In my building, there is virtually no noise, including from any of the units around me. The only negatives I've found is no storage space (which, for a complex this new and large, is quite ridiculous) no resident activities, and since they have started to enforce a parking policy, it has created quite the 'used car lot' just outside the gates. Bottom line; nice complex, but could be even better.
