...to my worst enemy. We first moved in here when it was Fairways. We are now on our 3rd rental company to own this place. It has just gotten worse over the years. (Yes I know why do we still live here'..it's due to work commute, the only thing keeping us here.) The manager of this complex has no interest in anyone but herself. Last winter the parking lot was allowed to freeze over with the ice that came out of the bulding at 3 in the morning from the uninsulated pipes bursting. The pipes that burst (one of 3 different buildings that had pipes burst that winter) were in our friends apartment. They repeatedly asked to be notified of when maintence men would be entering their apartment and would come home to find contractors in the apartment. And by the way the drywall got put on before the replacement pipes were insulated.

Just recently we were notified on a Friday of maintence men coming into our apartment for routine applience checks the following Monday. We were left no note to inform us that the were there. My husband awoke Tuesday morning(his only day off) to a maintence man entering our apartment. His explination was that our water heater was leaking, yet we never were informed that anything was wrong or that they would be coming back. Our lease (legal binding contract) says that they will inform of any time they will be coming to preform maintainence and leave a note to inform that they'd been there.

This is just one of the many issues we have had with this place. We plan to leave when our lease runs out.

So in conclusion, if you don't mind no parking, uncaring and rude staff, drafts, ridiculous prices and people entering your apartment unannounced please move here but if not RUN.
