I was so thrilled to have lived there. I loved the storage space, the garage, the built in desk and book case. The HUGE patio, the club house, business center, and gym.

I have moved, I miss the place, for the above reasons.

Parking is terrible, visitor parking in my unit was limited to in front of your garage and in front of the club house or in the "used car lot" outside the gated area. Really after 11 the side entrance looks like a used car lot.

We could live with the rent, but not when it was going to go up by $175 a month.

I could never use the gym at the second club house, people would bring their kids in and let them play on the equpiment. The few times I did use them, it was very dirty, but I used my own cleaning wipes, because hey not evenone cleans up after themselves. No biggy. Over the past winter, most of the equipment was broken, then fixed, and then broke again. Same with the computers in the business center, which went from 2 computers with nice LCD's to 1 computer with a sorry CRT.

I never really noticed anyone not patroling their dogs, I walked around the complex alot, and didnt notice. Just how trashy the "used car lot" would look, with all the trash.

People do need to slow down, those small 15 mph signs are of no good, there needs to be speed bumps. No respect in that area for anyone walking home from work.

Never met any of our neighbors, everyone keeps to themselves which can be a good thing. The lady downstairs, would frequently bang something on her ceiling if I made too much noise after 11p or walked out on the patio. She also loved to sweep up cigarette butts and leave them in a zip lock bag in front of our garage. (we never smoked at the garage only on the patio, if she would have noticed they came from the people on the 2nd floor over the garages.

The office staff was a first friendly and nice, later they acted like they were on drugs. Hope and Jennifer, to me, acted like they wanted to rush you off the phone or out of the office.

Sean in the maintenence office was awesome, very fast and friendly. BUT the others acted like they were too good to be doing anything.

As for turning in requests, I would have to call 4 or 5 times before anyone would show up. From the dishwasher, to the sink, broken blinds from when we moved in, to even when the hotwater tank sprung a leak.

As for the noise, yes its an apartment, I could hear the people up stairs doing the dead, but hey its an apartment, I am sure the lady below me hear me at it as well.

Becareful of the mail, I think the mail man is on crack, I used to get stuff meant for other buildings, and would leave stuff at the office, with out a notice in the box.

Honestly, I think its a good place. Some issues with the office staff need to be resolved, as well as addressing the parking, and trying to curb speeding. Install another trash area.

It would be a good place, listen to the residents, we can get upset and blow stuff out of proportion, but listen to us and dont brush us off.

Oh yeah what is the name again' Camden Lansdowne, Summit Lansdowne, Fairways @ Lansdowne, Legends of Lansdowne' Im confused.
