I have been living here since the summer of 2004. I have renewed my lease, over and over again simply because I don't have the time or money to move, and the prices here seem to be the best in the area for what you get. I don't have any trouble with parking, because I have a garage, and the noise and other problems are not too bad, but the leasing staff is A NIGHTMARE. They can't keep their facts (lies) straight, they misquote you, lie to you, they are the worst except for one girl who I can't name, she is older and very sweet and kind. The rest are the most difficult ridiculous girls I have ever met, and I am ready to get the hell out of here.
The property manager has no clue what is going on, and the assistant manager is rude, and simply does not care or return phone calls.

I don't want to go into details but they are terrible. In addition to this, none of the ammenities work well or even properly, it smells like garbage all the time, and I don't trust the matience people. Don't come here!

We have been here for almost a year and couldn't agree with you more in regards to the staff in the leasing office. I think the kind, older one in the leasing office is Hope. But yeah, all of the other ladies are an absolute horror to deal with. I think the manager hires her leasing office staff with a personality similar to her's which makes it impossible to effect any sort of change or to get any issues resolved. It's a nice area but the staff makes it a very difficult place to recommend.
