We have only lived in this community for 4 months and we are already moving. Everything changed as soon as we signed the lease.
At first Jenn seemed so eager and ready to help us, but as soon as she got in her commision, she could care less about us.
In all, I've had a very unsatisfactory experience with this complex. I suggest you avoid dealing with Jenn Klunk.
Jenn, Jess, Wendy are not helpful. Generally a pain to deal with.

This person got it dead right. Jenn Klunk needs to attend a customer service course as she clearly has no skills in this area.
