I love my apartment. I have a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. I have lived here for 2 and 1/2 years, and never had any problems. Neighbors are nice, and the staff is great. They are always smiling and willing to help. I have come to the conclusion that people only complain when they have done something wrong and are paying the price for their mistake. Maintnance is great and always fix any issue I have with in one working day and on a complex as big as this one it is hard to fathom. I guess I just wanted people out there to be able to read a good review because people are usually so negative.

So who said anything about "staff" or "neighbors" I notice the glaring omission as to how much YOUR rent is INCREASING??? or do you just sign blank checks?

The only thing that I did wrong was not bring my lawyer with me. This nice staff lied right to my face (and contract outweights verbal) and the maintenance supervisor tried to collect a reward for something he hadn't found. I've have never met a group of more dishonest people in my life.
