Gym equipment is in a constant state of disrepair. Pools are poorly staffed so they're not always open. Office staff is downright rude and insulting to residents. They are unable to find packages. Unwilling to do anything that they don't absolutely have to. They have a "we are ALWAYS right" attitude.

Staffing aside, their policies are assanine. I overheard them talking to the towing company about wanting to tow the cruiser for one of the Loudoun County Deputies that live there!!! Their parking policy is draconian. Essentially, if you want a friend to visit you after the office closes, you need to have them park up to a half mile away, outside of the apartment complex. Otherwise they'll get towed. No unplanned visitors.

Until they replace their staff and management, definitely stay away from this place. You will regret living there.

Amen! I agree. The staff doesn't seem to take an interest in their property. They're snotty and rude.
