I have nothing but (mostly) great things to say about Summit. The apartments are on the low end compared to many other units around, the interior is like-new with no problems of bugs, mold, etc. The maintanence crew comes promptly (within a day's service time). The perks like a workout room with cable and a computer room (both which stay open after office hours), a pool table, a big screen with DVDs you can check out, 2 large swimming pools, and a free car wash area...my wife and I miss the place. The location was too far out for us, and that's why we opted to move in closer...
