I've lived here since Dec. and so far the only problem I've had is the winter storm, and the parking lot. My car got stuck 2 times in piled up ice, and I had to call a tow truck. Luckily I have roadside assistance included in my insurance, although I had to miss work because I waited for 5 hrs for the tow truck to come. This is the only reason why I will not rent here again.

The office staff has always been pleasant with me, and maintenance has always come very promptly, (usually within hours of when I call, unless it's a weekend).

Of course it's a little loud sometimes, especially if you're not on the top floor but that's apartment living! I've never lived in an apartment where I couldn't hear the people walking above me.
