I have lived in two other apartment complexes before I moved to Summit, now Camden Lansdowne. I have to say, this place was my favorite, even though it wasn't without problems. One of the biggest issues was when the wintry weather would hit. Trying walking down the iced-over steps was absolutely treacherous. Another negative was parking. The only assigned spaces are for those who choose a garage or carport. If you're not planning on going that route, good luck. If you arrive home from work at sometime around 5:30, you should be okay. If you aren't going to arrive before 6:00 then you are probably going to have to park far, far away from your apartment on the weekday evenings. When I moved in there were 2 big stains on the carpet. They did what they could to clean them but could not. The only other thing they could do was replace it, but I didn't want the hassle. They made notes in my file that those two stains were already there, and when I moved out last year, I was not charged with it.
