I have lived in 2 different Camden's and have not had any of the problems these people are writing about. All I can say is that if you actually pay your rent on time and READ your lease, you don't have these problems. I have had some maintenance issues, but my issues have been addressed in reasonable time and the staff, while always busy have always been cordial and helpful.

Just curious...as a soon to be renter there...what is the carpet scam? Parking shouldn't be bad for me as I'll have an attached garage.. I can say that I was treated nicely when I went to apply for an apartment...I live in a horrible place now, and just pray that I'm not going from the frying pan to the fire..
