This was the worst apartment experince I have ever had.
Parking is aweful, pet policy is horrible, they nickle and dime you for everything they can. The even wanted to charge me for new mini blinds when i moved out if i did not remove the knot from the cord. The staff is helpful at times, but more often than not they do not know what they are doing. Maintenece is horrible. We had to ask for them to fix our toilet 4 times and they finally said, just don't put the seat up and it will be OK. They never fixed it either. The noise is really, really bad. The construction is sub par. The insulation is the walls seemed non existant due to the noise and lack of ability to heat or cool the bedrooms. Rent is over priced for this place. For what they charge for an apartment a person can do better a mile or two down the road. We moved in becuase they have an agreement with my wifes employeer where we did not have to pay a deposit. I really hope her company reconsiders recommending this place to employees after she tells them the nightmare we had living there. Managment was nice, but clueless about any of the issues we brought up when we moved out. Now we have been hit with $450 in charges.
Appliances worked right half of the time. Snow removal was a joke. The gym equipment was usualy broken. Random inspections for various reasons all the time by maintenence. They were also 45 min late for our check out walk through app.
Take a look at some of the good reviews on this site and ask yourself, does it look like they could have been written by a staff memeber' If so, consider the option. That could explain why this rating is not lower than it is.
Do yourself a huge favor and live somewhere besides a camden apt. I have personally persuaded several people from living here and hope I get to do so again!
