Yes, they charge you for everything. Especially after you move out... I got billed for stuff I was not responsible for. The maintenance people are constantly in and out of your place for no reason (possibly snooping around). The staff members are rude and heck. I lived in a 1 bedroom w/garage paying $1600/month... RIP OFF!!! If you need a better place to live, try Archstone Stoneridge (just a couple of miles down Rt. 7 from Camedon Lansdowne). I'm not a staff member for Stoneridge but comparing the two... Stoneridge all the way. BTW: I lived in Stoneridge 2 yrs prior to moving to Camedon Lansdowne (to move closer to my son's school)... moved back to Stoneridge one yr later. Stoneridge staff members are the best and the maintenance are the best. I have nothing good to say for Cameden Lansdowne just the one year I lived there. NO, NO, NO, HELL NO!!!

My neighbor moved out becuase they found a aprtment $500 cheaper in Castcade area. I can't beleive what they charge for this place. Also, Not only that if you want to move in here make sure not to have any unplanned evening guests for dinner or stay over night. Even though there are plenty empty parking spots, they for rent parking spots. That is not for visiters. Even cheap residents who don't want to pay extra money can't use them. Camden need to know everything before hand that if you are going to have some visiters or not. Didn't your mom tell you not to bring any guests late at night? That is what Camden would say. Oh one more thing, If you really have to live your life here, have your friend park at a mile away at Herris Teeter and have he or she walk back to apartment. That will do. Walking is good for your health. If you are a "go green" person, save your cause for another time. Here at Camden paid trash person do not take your recycles. This really breaks my heart each time I was force to put my papers in the trash bag not in the recycling bag. You know I do care about these kind of things. You will struggle but at the end you will prevail. You can be a non recycler. To be continued:

I moved from Camden Lansdowne because of the horrible attitude at the office and the way the property was kept up or should I say NOT kept up. This apartment complex is the worst place I have ever lived. There is a man in the office I believe named Marcus who is very unprofessional and rude. Do not move here.
