struggling mom saids, not worth it

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
This place is overpriced. The management is clueless/ignorant and the staff is rude. I'm paying over $1140 a month while the drugdealers next door are paying $900 for the same apartment, its not fair. Besides, my apartment looks nothing like what they showed me when I moved in here. Everything was old and dirty. The management seems to change monthly. Its plain wrong what they are doing.
