I agree with the other residents. This place is very run down. They are constantly raising the rent though you don't see any improvements in the buildings and manager is very nasty and testy. She talks down to you like she's better. Also there are a generous amount of hoodlums living here that stay out by you car all hours of the night, some will actually sit on your car. Plus the hallways are filthy and reak of urine night and day. I hate this place.
