New resident not happy

what is up with this place'

The exit gate is broken, all the trash near the exit.

No full time maint. New resident, still waiting on dishwasher to be fixed, tile to be replaced. The office cant return a phone call.

Music so loud that it rattles the walls and floors.

Come on I dont care if you listen to your music, but do you have to try to shatter my ear drums'

Parking looks a bit shady, but hey its night time.

Im just not very happy with this so far, been there a month and cant forsee surviving 11 more.
