We moved in maybe 4 months ago and while there was a maintenance guy, he was very nice and fixed things the first time, but we've heard he's since quit and the exit gate has been broken for about 2 months now. The walls and floors seem to be made of very thin material, since I live on the 3rd floor I try to make as little noise as possible but when I walk around my floor sqeakes fairly loudly. No problems with the appliances. The area is poorly lit at night and I swear there are "deals" going down at night behind the dumpsters. Can't complain about the management though, since I don't deal with them at all. I would NOT recommend The Glen to anyone unless they were very desperate for housing. I plan on moving as soon as possible.
