I moved here almost a year ago and been looking at the lease i signed fron Town and country and it said you are not late if you paid on the 6th before closing time. I said cool never know when payday is gives me 6 extra days. I paid this month on the 6th early moning got paid on 5th this month. Cool i thought until I get a letter saying i owe late fees and they changed the rule. Did anyone receive something saying it changed and if I signed a lease with that its good till the day the lease is up aren't I right. Paid it anyway new owners suck town and country was much better. Cant even get a new dryer, works like crap these is 4 months now. Like my apartment, just hate Swayer Mgmt.
