This complex is getting better compared to a year or two ago.

Some parking solutions have been initiated.

Tenants are no longer hanging out in the parking lot and drinking and being loud.

Grounds are cleaner.

The apartments need renovation though. There are not enough electrical outlets. We had to use extension cords to service one half of the living room. The only cable outlet is in the dining room. The only phone jack is in the kitchen. No dishwasher in one bedroom units. Washing machine has to be hooked up to sink faucet. The walls and ceilings are thin. You can hear a lot of noise from neighboring apartments and there isn't much you can do. The people above you are just walking around like normal

Wow, you have a laundry list of complaints. Why don't you just kill yourself and end your misery?
