This has to be one of the worst places I have ever seen. The two years I lived there were probably the longest of my life. The grounds are covered with beer bottles and and trash. It does not get any better inside the buildings the hallways are smelly and falling apart(the paint on the stairwells contain lead so be prepared to release them of responsibilty if you become sick). The neighbors are the most rude, hateful, disrepectful people I have ever met. You can hear every little noise (not that the little noises matter when Its a 24 hour party in everyones apartment). You never have to call the police though because they are always there arresting someone, so if you need them just step outside your door. The property consists of Toll Brothers constuction workers(dont complain about theyre music they dont speak english) MS 13 gang members, drug dealers, druggies and prostitutes. Great family enviroment huh'. They have gone through about 9 managers in 2 years(I lost count though). DONT LIVE THERE PLEASE
