I've only lived here 2 months but I'm ready to move. Everytime the people above me walk around the floor squeaks. Sometimes I'm afraid that they're going to fall through the ceiling. I can hear people blow their nose in the bathroom. I can hear their conversations, tv, and radio.

I have to hookup the washing machine to my kitchen sink in order to wash clothes. The machine has to be in the middle of the kitchen so there's no room to walk around. The machine is small so I have to do 2 loads instead of one.

The dumpsters are always over-flowing with trash. I have to kill a roach in my apartment almost everyday.

Except around the dumpsters the grounds are kept clean. My neighbors are nice. I arrive at night and it's quiet. I feel safe and I haven't seen any police cars.

I do wish there was better lighting. If they would cut down some of the trees then the light would reach the sidewalks.

I moved here because it was the cheapest place that had a washing machine. I'm prepared to pay more in order to live in a better quality place.

Maintenance sucks! I've had them fix my leaking bathtub 3 times and it still leaks! I give up.

I have to pay for water/sewer, gas and electric in separate monthly bills, so my rent is actually $60 higher.

dear surazal...your response to this review just told me two things about YOU...you are a manager of the complex or you just like filth...you really sound like a nasty person in ALL aspects of the word! I feel really sad for you....
