Maintenance is poor. When they do show-up,the maintenance people leave muddy, greasy foot prints in the carpet. They don't clean-up after themselves.

While parking is adequate, the "managing corporation" periodically tows resident's vehicles at $95.00 a pop.

The office staff is slow to respond to residents needs.

There are roaches... in the cabinets and walking down the walls.

They rent to people who run a kennel in their apartments. Often having as many as 12 dog in one apartment. The resulting smell and noise is of no concern to the management.
