After reading such bad reviews I had no choice but to let you know I live here. My apartment is great and maintenance has serviced me 100%. I only can speak for me and my neighbors who all agree that the property is clean and very quite. Leesburg police visit often only for community patrol. I recommend because of pricing and convenience. I think some of these people on this site may just be lying slightly. I have lived here over 5 years and just renewed my lease.

No way anyone loves Hunter's Crossing that much. I've read the reviews also and, while some people may be exaggerating a little, it's still a run down complex with noise, bad parking, and the occasional safety concern. 7 years ago, they had a great manager, which was the best thing about the place. No, I haven't lived there for 7 years, but thought it was getting seedy in 2000 and, from seeing it recently, don't expect that it's gotten better with age.

I would bet $10,000 that the person who wrote this response is the manager of the property trying to trick more people to move in!
