We went in with expectations relatively low, and within 10 minutes we knew it wasnt the place for us. The office staff was nice but we felt like we were rushed in and out. We budgeted an hour of time for every apartment place we visited and only spent about 20 minutes here. They didn't have an apartment to show us, instead they showed us the office that was built into a 2 bedroom. it was incredibly spacious, but we really wanted to see an apartment, not an office. Also, my fiance drives a work van which we were told he'd have to park on the street outside the parking lot, we're not ok with that, having one of our vehicles off property just didnt set right.

the price was VERY reasonable, though! If you only have one vehicle, parking would not be a problem, and if you dont mind very impersonal office staff then this is definitely the place for you, however if you are looking for someone in the office to know your name i recommend looking elsewhere.

You're lucky you didn't decide to rent at this place. When I first went to look at an apartment 4 years ago they didn't have an apartment to show me. I should have taken that as a sign but I didn't know better. I have a feeling they don't want to show people the apartments because they don't want potential renters to know how crappy the apartments are. Yes they are spacious but they need to be remodeled.
