Moved in two months ago and I believe for the price range is more than ok, it has a new "small" fitness center and the pool area has been remodeled, it is plain but it is fine. The parking spaces are wider than most places and I have never have a problem finding a place to park. The common area is free of trash and there is plenty of lights at night. The community is pretty old and it is in need of an upgrade, but like I say for the price is not that bad, rent in others places are pretty high but you may get a newer apartment I guest it depends on your budget, I'm a single dad and for my son and me the place have meet our budget and expectations.
