Why in the world is there a huge dumpster in front of the leasing office. After hours kids are playing on it. It doesn't even have a lid and boy does it reak. Also, sometimes there are bags of mulch standing 10 feet high on the property and I often see kids playing on that as well. The property normally looks nice until LC became so careless. Please make some changes
