its definetly ghetto as hell!
all i hear.... are kids screamin they're asses off and if you do move to this junk make sure you get an apartmrnt on the third floor because it feels like they are running a parade up there! im used to the ghetto because i lived in jersey!...but va is not ghetto .... but mayfair is.... by the way they are not called mayfair any more they are called the fields of leesburg! o0o ... i forgot one more thing the neighborhood is haunted hence it being built like 100 years ago! if your a total junkie or cant afford a normal place i definetly recommend this place! the actual apartment is nice! very roomy! nice pool , and nice park....the schools are very goood!..so if you have children thats a plus! and trust me your cildren WILL have friends dur to the millions of kids who live there!!!! i give it a 4 out of 10! i totally loved my experience living here but i have to move to back to jersey! jersey here i come !....ill miss u leesburg and iull miss all my friends!!!!!!!!!
