Its reasonably priced if you have a decent job, but the neighbors are noisy and rude. Depending on your building, there is always someone who doens't clean up after their dog. They won't tell you if the apt. upstairs from you has children or not, so you end up with kids and pets making tons of noise. Mgmt is very very slow on responding to complaints, I had to threaten to take them to court and break my lease. The decks are not carpeted so if you have a neighbor that smokes you ussually get their ashes on your porch, b/c God forbid they use an ashtray.
