I management is getting worse everyday. I have lived here since they opened the apts. there has been 4 different managers. I got a Dish Network while one manager was here and then when the new manager came a year later I had to pay a deposit. The management can be very rude. I have two pets now and I was just told that I had to pay another pet deposit for my new pet which I find really stupid I already gave them 500.00 dollars to begin with about 5 years ago and then a year ago they told me it should have been 300.00 dollars not 500.00 so where did my other 200.00 dollars go' They don't know! Now they want me to pay 300.00 more dollars for my new pet. The apts were very nice when I first moved here, and over the years it has got worse and worse. I have decide to not renew my lease because there is to many problems with the management. Also the trash around outside has gotten really bad they never seem to clean the grounds any more the dog trash cans are always full for weeks. There has been two cars on fire in the last six months. Everytime I want to talk to Michelle the manager she is always out or has to call me back for the answer and she seems to never call me back. I would not live here if I was you! Oh and one more thing they started visiters parking and there is never one opened, they allow residents to park in visiters parking if they don't want to get a stick from the office, what is the point'
