I just renewed my lease for another 12 month term at Somerset. I have not encountered any of the issues described in other reviews of the complex, and to be honest, struggle to find anything disparaging to write about the complex. The landscaping could use a touch up, but other than that, everything is very clean and well kept.
Yes, it would be nice to have a pool and some of the other amenities that are offered by larger complexes, however I gladly trade these amenities in for the smaller, quieter community. I never have to search for parking, never hear my neighbors and management has been quick to respond to the minor issues I have had with my apartment.
Because of the nature of my work, I have moved all around the country and lived in several different apartment complexes. Somerset Park is one of the best I have lived in.
