I'm extremely impressed with the management here. As I've said before, Noreen Cain does a better job at dealing with renters on a by-name basis than anybody I've ever seen. She never forgets a name or a face. She's both organized and professional.
Although, Katie Fraizer hasn't been here as long as Noreen, from what I've seen, she is just as professional and customer-oriented. Whenever I stop by the office, she deals with me as an individual, not as just a renter. I haven't had any real problems since I've been here, and I attribute that to Katie's and Noreen's management. Both Noreen and Katie are great assets here and for me they've made staying here a good experience. Hopefully, their salaries reflect their value to your company. If not, I'd recommend that be rectified.
