Well the manager stinks and has no people skills what so ever. He really should concern himself more with the tennats problems then maybe he wouldnt have such a problem keeping tennats here longer. When I first moved here I loved it but once I had an interaction with the manager my opinion started to change. I wouldnt recommend anyone to live here because these apartments are definately over priced for their condition. Bad flooring, roaches, stinky attitude office workers, three maintenance workers. They cant hold on to tennats nor employees. Oh and best of all its summer time and someone ordered BLACK pool furniture, who was the genius. Its not like the rent in this place isnt 1,000 and rising. My recommendation get a new property manager and then maybe people might stick around longer.
