Watch OUT! Loitering galore. Staff rude.

I'm sorry to say this but this place was a bad mistake.

The staff are rude. Deadbeats in large numbers hang around the steps of the entrances every day. The floors are so thin, you can hear what the person above and below you are doing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
