I've read the comments and I agree with the "NO" comments. I've been here for a few years and just waiting to move!! The manager as already stated is HORRIBLE! The turnover in staff is ridiculous! To top it off, they are charging everyone for to be billed for water!!! Check out the "admin fee" of $3.25 on your bill! There is NOTHING in the lease the allows THEIR contraCt charge (their cost to due business with the company that is billing us) to be passed on to us. How do I know'' I have my attorney on the case fighting it now!! We don't pay "admin fees" for phone or cable serivce. They are threatening me now when this is not legal!! Check your bills and ask them why!!
