FINALLY a place that isn't income restricted! Very nice price for a place so close to the outlets, walmart, supertarget, costco, food lion, etc.!!! Having a first floor apt we expected to hear our neighbors upstairs, and we do (moving around usually). Can't hear the neighbors on the same floor.

No complaints except for the washer is a small load washer, cold air leaks through the bedroom window, and we cannot have ANYTHING outside on our patio without permission. (I understand they want everything to look the same, all I wanted was a small simple storage shed for our bikes. They said no, but I've seen a few patios around that have kids bikes, etc all over the place)

I'd recommend it so far.
