My girlfriend and I moved into fieldstone after searching for our first apt. We decided on fieldstone because we were given a decent price ($900) for a 1bd 1 bth with den, vaulted ceilings and fireplace. We quickly decided to move in. Then it started to go bad, the panty door sticks shut, the washing machine main seal broke and flooded the area around the laundry closet. Instead of replacing the carpet and or padding, they just sucked the water out of the carpet. The shower leaked, and my key broke off in the front door lock. Took the repair guy nearly two hours to show up, and this was late at night, and I had to get to work early in the morning. Our A/C almost broke, and took a while to get them to fix it, about 4 diff guys had to come look at it. We had noisey kids below us, played loud music almost every night, paid numerous complaints to the front office, they did nothing. Finally had to call the cops in. I also reported that one day they moved two additional beds in, which is against the rules, you can only have 2 people per bedroom. They were finally evicted two months later. We handed in our 60 day noticed, and they begged us to stay, told us they would steam clean our carpets for free, which they should of done when the washer broke. They don't care about service, just getting rent checks every month. Now we are moving out, because you can get a lot newer, nicer place for not much more money. If you want low priced housing, and don't care what the place looks like, or if things break, this place is for you, if you want a nice place, then look elsewhere. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
