my wife and kids live in a 3rd floor 3br apartment here. we have had nothing but good things to say about the staff.
the apartments are older...i think built around 1986...but they have done a good job of keeping them up. they have done lots of stuff to outside of the buildings like new landscaping and new brightr lights in the stair wells..it's apartment living! you can't expect a perfect place..because you have so many other people living in the same place...the complaints about the staff are seriously over stated on the reviews i have read here...they know me by name and always say hi when they see me. you'll have trouble in any apartment place you live in...even brand new built places.
i think the rent is alittle bit higher than watch you get for your dollar , but it's always a trade off....higher rent means less trouble makers around.
some small points to make.
no outside balcony for 2nd and 3rd floors.
nice large pool
good access to shopping and food stores.
could have better heating and a/c...about average.
could have alittle better lighting outside
trees have grown and in the summer they seem to over take the lighting.
could have more speed bumpers to slow those who like to speed.
no sprinklers in apartments. you would have to climb out your window if stairs are blocked.
neighbor hood seems safe. a few of the town police live here.
the washers are stack units and could be alittle bigger.
could have more storage space...kinda small closets...imho.
lots of cabinet space.
3rd floor apartments have a fire place.
could have more windows...more natural light.
the 3rd flor apartments have vaulted ceilings...could have ceiling fans in them.
go by and catch a resident outside and ask them a few questions...i'm sure they'ed give their opinion.

It's funny how you say if the rent is high, then there will be less trouble makers. NEWS FLASH it's the PARENTS who pay the rent. Rich teens have access to harmful things enabling the trouble maker phase just as much as poor kids- if not more.
