The model apartment was fabulous, the one we moved into.. not so much. The windows have spaces where botched repair was done, and if you live on the ground floor that means spiders and ants on a rainy day. Everything is crooked, from the carpet, to the cabinets to the air vents. The air circulation borders on "Sick house syndrome" and the thickness of the walls sounds like tissue paper. Meanwhile, the maintenence man is great, he used a wetvac on the carpet after it rained in our bathroom (via shower upstairs)with a chipper attitude and an overall great humor and then the office didn't want to do anything about my moldy health hazard carpet. It's also nice to wake up to the landscapers shoveling into your wall. The office likes to play dumb. When offered a chance to renew my lease ,the prices miraculously had risen a wonderful 300 dollars a month, as if paying 4 digits already was cheap.

If I'm charged for the crooked cabinets, base boards, botched repairs, and mildew carpet, then you'll find a much more bitter review.
