In my 3 years at Fieldstone, my stay has been overall very good. The staff is quick and responsive, maintenance team does the best they can for a property that is 18 years old. This property is a lot better than the other properties in Leesburg. Take a look at the landscaping, playgrounds and new signage, to me that shows some dedication to the property.

With the money they spent on new signage, and the unnecessary new shrubery (thanks by the way, now the neighborhood can look right into my windows), I would have rather had them train their maintenence and builders to fix botched repairs inside the homes. Maybe you weren't awoken by the two men knocking on everyone's door trying to find the exterminator because they had a roach problem.
